Default Galchenyuk, Fiala, Schmaltz, Tatar and Kreider REP GIVEN

    Team in sig. 14 keepers. I'm keeping Stammer/Tavares at C, Karlsson/Burns/Letang on D, and Marchand/Marchessault/Ehlers at W.

Can keep another 4 Ws out of the above 5. My gut tells me they're in this order in a multicat keeper league without hits or PIMs:

    1. Galchenyuk - no-brainer to see what he can now do in Pittsburgh centered by the fellow Russian Geno
    2. Schmaltz - second no-brainer, could break out with Kessel
    ...
    3. Fiala - only 23, and will have opportunity, if he breaks out his value will skyrocket
    ...
    4. Kreider
    4A. Tatar
Torn between these two, but I'd say Kreider as he's the better goal-scorer, but it's close.

I could also be convinced to go with Kreider and Tatar and give up on Fiala.

    Thanks boys!

PS I also have Josh Bailey, am I off base ignoring him in favor of guys like Tatar, Kreider and Fiala?

I’d let Tatar and Bailey go. Sucks to lose them for nothing but I much prefer the other 4.

I just had my redraft and Bailey and Tatar were the types of guys that were being picked while the Galchenyuks and Fialas were all keepers.

All players have current similar outputs (50-60 points) but your 4 hold more potential to reach those totals and then some!

Its not a easy decision but I would go with Fiala over Tatar and also keep Kreider.

Well this is pretty much unanimous. Fiala and Kreider it is, and bye bye Tomas Tartar Sauce.

My winger corps is very interesting this year - besides my mainstay top two (Marchand and Marchessault), I've got Kreider (who might have another gear to his game) and then 4 young guys who have things to prove (Fiala, Galchenyuk, Schmaltz and even Ehlers) - if all of those guys break out, that would be huge for my chances as my W corps would be elite level. But if they sputter, it hurts me big time. Will be a fascinating season.

    Thanks again boys! REP AWARDED!

I really like Galchenyuk and what I believe is going to be a really good season in Pittsburgh for him. Kreider is also a very good and consistent player. Fiala in Minnesota should take the lead there are do a decent job.
