    Default Trade Laine?

I don't want to. I hope jets trade him and I'll keep him but I've set myself up with picks to make a run this year

    14 team keeper league
    3 fwds, 2d, 1g + f, d or g
    Week to week h2h, 2lw 2c 2rw, 4 d and 2ut
Fwd stats g, a, pts, sog, +-, ppa, ppg and hits

I've got an offer of ROR and yandle for laine

    What do you think?

Are goals weighted and let's see the rest of your team?

With the information given and the fact that you're going for the win, I'm taking that deal all day long.
    Set roster weekly in H2H (Mon to Sun) - 16 Teams - start 6F, 3D, and 1G per week - Keep 2

    Points: 2 G / 2 A / 1 PPG / 1 PPA / 1 Hat Trick / 1 SHG / 1 SHA / 1 GWG - 3 Goalie Win / 2 Goalie Loss in SO or OT / 5 goalie SO

    Forwards:
    C. McDavid, N. Kucherov, R. O'Reilly, J. Schwartz, J. Toews, J. Huberdeau, T. Toffoli, M. Granlund

    Defense:
    B. Burns, J. Klingberg, R. Josi, J. Slavin

    Goalie:
    J. Binnington

    Not weighted

I could get trocheck or skinner instead of ror too

I'd rather oreilly than skinner or trochek on the surface but positionally it could really matter so that's why i asked for your roster. Ie: if you already have 2 or 3 elite centers then oreillys value to your team goes down. If you're super weak on the wing you may not be able to afford to move Laine. Who are your 3 forward keepers currently?

In a start 4 D 14 team league yandle is a really nice add to this trade for a win now team on the surface but the more info the better.

Other positional keepers are McDavid eichel svechnikov barrie and dahlin
So deep in middle but also heavy on buffalo

I've got lots of picks and would have 3 d already so could draft wings to fill out roster

So you haven't drafted yet then? I presumed you had.

Who are you dropping from your keepers to make room to keep both oreilly and yandle?

The trade is more complicated as it would become:

Laine + 'other player you would have kept'

    For

    Oreilly and Yandle

I also don't like the idea of keeping 3 centers in your setup when you already have 2 elite centers. I'm talking myself out of my first post quickly, not liking the deal anywhere near as much.

I'd make the deal after the keeper deadline so I'd keep 7 (including laine) and they would keep 7 (including ROR and yandle)

Then we'd make the deal and I would be going in to the draft with essentially 8 keepers

    Don't rush moving Laine.
You'll sell for a fraction of his value and regret it a couple months lter

I wouldn't do a deal yet. But if you do, I would go for Trocheck over ROR to be honest.

wanted to bump this up as i need to make a call prior to draft (Oct 1st)
Still leaning towards keeping Laine but definitely tempted to go in to draft with an extra keeper

I do think Laine signs before the season starts and so does Kyle Connor. I would wait on this trade. Laine is a premier Goal Scorer and the return on him could change tremendously once he inks a deal.

I actually did exactly this trade a couple of weeks ago: gave Laine for Trochek. In a mlûlti cat league, Trochek is gold while Laine looks more and more like a one trick pony. Bigger name value for Laine, but in these kinds of leagues it doesn't get much better than Trochek imo...
