Keeper Help - Defence vs Wings

Need some help determining my keepers

C - Barkov, Seguin, MacKinnon
LW - Bjorokstrand, Hintz, Kreider, Lee
RW - Laine, Kessel, Lindholm, JT Miller
D - Trouba, Jones, Yandle, Carlson
G - F. Andersen, Quick

Cats are G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHP, SOG, W, GAA, SV, SHO. We have 3 of each forward position, plus 4 D, 2 G, and rest is bench.

There are 14 teams and I came in 3rd last year so i am picking 12th overall. We get to keep 10.

Some thoughts:
Not sure if i should just keep all my D since they project to be top 20/30 on most lists, or maybe drop one and keep one of Lindholm/Kessel? My thought is will it be harder to replace a winger or D? If i keep my D, i can just focus on wingers. Kessel moving teams gives me pause. Quick isnt that good anymore but expecting a goalie that is decent to fall to me is pretty much not happening. I'd rather keep him since he still provides some value and maybe hope i get lucky with goalies on waiver wire this year.

I could be convinced to keep Quick over Kessel, based on your concern that you won't be able to replace Quick in the draft.

My advice in this situations is instead of going with Quick, you should trade him and someone like Kessel or Yandle for a better goalie.

To clarify, this is a Yahoo league and not able to trade any players before selecting keepers/draft. Whoever I keep is who i retain and everyone goes back into the pool.

Kreider i think is someone i could more easily get in draft. Kessel has a lot of PPP over last couple of years but going from top PP team to bottom PP in league which could impact his points.

yes, that does make more sense. I was trying to find a way for him to balance his wingers, but truthfully Kreider doesn't offer as much value in this league as I first thought. I didn't realize that Hits and Blocks aren't included.
