Top four easy. J. Hughes, Kakko, Makar, Q. Hughes. Fifth more difficult. Candidates: Steel, Comtois, Zadina, Gurianov, Kravtsov. Unfortunately Gusev does not qualify (too old at 27). I have fifth pick and I am leaning Steel could be 1st or 2nd line center. He is 2nd PP lock with 1st PP upside.

No hits, just points and plus/minus. So Brannstrom on Ottawa would probably be big minus liability. I thought about Glass but hard to see him getting power play time on Vegas since they are stacked already on PP1 and PP2. Similar story for Kyrou on St Louis I think.

Makes sense. You're going to want to look at Terry (if he counts), Formenton, Necas, Kravstov, or Suzuki/Poehling if one makes the Habs.

CMB sure has lost some firepower, but they're still a defensively sound team. Elvis' talent and opportunity seem to line up really nicely imo. Not saying it's guaranteed, but I like the likelihood of getting a young starter right off the bat here.
