Exactly. I guess its a soft toss in to doing some sort of discipline. I see nothing of having to be in some sort of drug program but hey may be already doing that based on the current ban of 4 years he's on with russia.

3 games is basically a mini-vacation. I think the requirement of him should be around drug awareness in the community.

I am surprised he received any suspension at all seeing as cocaine is not a banned substance in the NHL. He got suspended for doing it in the public eye and not for actually doing the cocaine.

Kuznetsov returns tomorrow vs Pittsburgh. Right into the fire...love it.

Evgeny Kuznetsov has completed his three-game suspension for inappropriate conduct and is expected to be back in the Washington lineup Tuesday.

Advice: The Capitals play in Pittsburgh Tuesday. Kuznetsov was suspended for testing positive for cocaine at the World Hockey Championships in May. Kuznetsov had 21 goals and 72 points in 76 games last season and expect more of the same this year.

And Caps now sit at $29,146 in cap space, and 5D. However, Kempny is on IR making 2.5mill, prolly gets moved to LTIR, making them have 2.47mill in space to bring up a 6th D. I also don't know Kempny's injury though....it might not be LTIR really....
