Default NHL Salary Cap Really Working Well

Can someone please explain to me how a team can be almost $12,000,000 over the hard salary cap?

I'm assuming you arent factoring in LTIR.

That is why. I think only Pridham of the Leafs can explain that to you.

According to capfriendly.com, the Leafs currently have $81,876,866 in player salary for a roster of 23 people not including 4 people on LTIR (Clarkson, Horton, Hyman, Dermott).

The Leafs estimated salary expenditures right now are over $108,000,000 or 32.5% greater than the hard salary cap. Like I was saying, the salary cap clearly is not working to limit spending of the big city teams to even the playing field.

Parity is bad anyways and doesn’t exist.

The players complaining about escrow should have a bigger problem with this than the fans.

There's multiple threads explaining how LTIR cap relief works. All the threads are different And noone really knows how it works.

    Except for me. Stay tuned.
