Default 3rd overall pick, Byram or Caufiled

I'm drafting tomorrow. I know Caufield will be given all the opportunities in Montreal, but I think I will go with Byram.

More points for D in my league, and my prospects pipeline is better on F side.

    What's you choice ?
    1) 16 teams full keeper H2H. Start 6F, 4D, 1G, 2015-16 & 2017-18 Championships
    pts: (D : 7 pts G /5 pts A), (F : 5pts G /3 pts A), (G : 10 pts W / 5 pts SO), (D/F : 1 pt +/-, 0.5 pts PIM, 0.1 FOW, 0.2 Hits, 0.3 pts SOG, PP and SH).

Forward : Tavares, Crosby, Giroux, Hall, Couture, Wheeler, Kesler, Zuccarello, Zajac, E.Staal

Defenses : Subban, Doughty, Klingberg, Giordano, Vatanen, Severson

    Goalies : Bobrovsky, Rinne

Prospects : Dansk, Vinsentin, Fleury, Oettinger, Holl

My choice would be Turcotte, but by your logic Byram sounds like a solid pick

    Basically a 14g - 40a Dman = a 30g 50a forward.

I think that's a pretty reasonable line to expect Byram to hit...

Caufield I'd put more in the 40-40 area.

Also have to consider Turcotte, even with your boost on Goals. IMO... There's Hughes & Kappo - then Byram & Turcotte in their own second tier. He's on a different offensive level than even Caufield -- who right now appears pretty goal dimensional.

Regardless of analysis though... i think it's safe to say you need Byram most in your system.

Although TBH, i'm not big on anyone other than Oettinger, who's a long term hold anyway.
