Morrissey makes the most sense in this scenario. But it's hard to guess what may be causing Byfuglien's leave.
With trouba gone, big buf of a leave and his health problems and the contract Morrisey signed will he become the first to be the heir to big buf?? Looking to grab him late in a draft and maybe get a 40+ season out of him. Setting are first league in sig

Yeah that probably wont be said but can he have the kind of season trouba had last year knowing big buf will likely miss some time similar to last year?
take him. period.

Morrissey's a better player than Trouba. If he plays 82 games or close to it, I would not be surprised to see him crack 50 points. Less than 40 would surprise me.
his points will be up, also watch out for Pionk to potentially eat some of those pp minutes as Morrissey will be counted on a ton 5v5
He was worthy of investment long before the contract and Buf leaving the team.
BTW I also don't think Buf will be gone for long. I don't know for sure but historically hockey players are not gone for long.
