Help narrow 6 to 3.
Hope all are well,
Getting excited about another fantasy season.
The age old question.
Who are my final keepers.
League and team in signature, protect 17
I have 14 listed keepers below. So leaves 3 spots.
Goalies are very important in our league, and I am sure many.
I am open to protecting one or two of these 3 below.
Unless the skaters have more value.
Quirky but great rule in our pool is,
For each player I lose on draft day I get to reprotect another.

I'd pick Greiss, Labanc, and Palmieri. If goalies are precious, Greiss will be useful, especially if Varlamov gets hurt. In a league where goals count double, I'm loathe to gamble on keeping defensemen where their goal totals are low or inconsistent. Palmieri could be a 30 goal scorer, and Labanc is young and could surprise with Pavelski gone.

I'd keep Schneider, NJ will be a better team this year.
He played well at the end of last year.
Also its 18 months since his surgery, and other goalies performed well after going through same procedure after that timeline.

Like I said, I am OK keeping 2 goalies on top of Rittich and Bishop?
But 4 goalies out of a protect 17, might be a little crazy.
I finished 2nd last year, first will be a tough team again to pull down?
With the age of my team, if I lose which ever Goalie I don't protect,
I'll still be able to auto protect Quick?

Not sure I understand the extra protection rule.
Also any reason Palmieri wasn't listed initially?
I lean towards Muzzin, Labanc, and Schneider, but Palmieri would throw a wrench in that if he's in the discussion.

Our league has a rule that if you lose an unprotected player, you get to protect another player on your unprotected list. So if you use your own pick on one of your unprotected players, you are in essence getting 2 players. Yes Palmieri is an option. I am going for the win. Will be tough, but it always is. LOL. Still looks like a split on the goalie? Schneider or Griess.

Thanks for help, Palmieri is out as I just traded him for a late 1st.
Looks like Schneider is the goalie and of preference
And Labanc and Muzzin add up to my 3
