    Connor over Keller

Connors got the first line spot next to wheeler and scheif, keller imo still has to prove he can get to the level Connors already at...in a few yrs I believe itll be closer but I see keller as a 65-70ish guy and connor can conceivably put up 75-80+ so long as his linemates stay top shelf.

I think Connor has another gear and when he has the NHL figured out he will threaten to lead his team in scoring every year. I think people have underestimated his hockey sense. It’s very very high. He’s a great passer on top of being an elite shooter. He has a release with the strength and zip commonly seen in high-end right hand shots, despite being a lefty. When he’s put in a position to have the offence go through him, he’ll be magical. I honestly believe that. At the low end, he’s Tony Amonte. At the high end, he’s Patrick Kane.

points only... I think Keller has higher upside...
Connor's the better goal scorer. So if you want G - A balance... Connor.

Funny how these two are so often compared to each other on this site and other sites I frequent...usually half the people responding choose Keller and the other half choose Connor. This is generally based on those who feel Keller has some untapped offensive potential vs those who feel Connor has better line-mates.

My opinion is that there's no reason to believe Connor doesn't also have untapped potential (like Keller). Both are young players and it is silly to think either of them has reached his full potential. If that is the case, then why not go with the player whose line-mates are better? It only seems to make sense to me that because of his line-mates, Connor's floor is lower and with the natural progression that most young players undergo, his ceiling may be just as high as Keller's.

This is a tough one. I love Keller but for some reason I think Connor is more resilient and is likely to see his upside.

    Connor for me.

I would go with Keller here but they are definitely in the same tier.
