WTF???

After Zacha was drafted he got some comparisons to Scheifele. Some people thought that he has the potential to be Scheifele 2.0. I was excited about him but I started losing hope in him(like many many others) and I lowered my expectations to a poor-man Scheifele or at least an average 2nd line center. But at the moment I dont see him being other than a 3th liner in the NHL. Hes still young to prove us wrong but thats the reallity right now.

Avangard Omsk and Pavel Zacha are attempting to finalize a deal that would let him play in the KHL this season. Neither side is sure how and when they could get anything done.

Although Omsk side called it a bluff earlier today I'm hearing that both sides are trying to get a contract done.

I just went on twitter myself and I have seen a couple tweets stating that he's signing in NJ afterall and that the notice of signing in the KHL was just a negotiating tactic. No confirmation from any of the truly known sources yet so stand by to stand by.

As reported here, word from the Czech Republic is Pavel Zacha and NJ are in agreement on an extension. Not official yet, but headed in that direction
