Chabot is a really solid D, especially with your settings, but Seguin is my choice by a solid margin still. He fits your categories very well too, and I wouldn't expect the same standout season from him again this year. I have him down for 45ish points, which is still solid but not worth Seguin. After Stone, Duchene and Dzingel were traded, he really faded down the stretch point-wise without anyone up front to assist and I don't see that improving this year.

Seguin easily. I see you have nice forward depth so it’s a good idea to try and move one of your top end guys to address your D weakness but you are aiming too low with this move.
