Help with keepers

Sorry for the long post. I frequent this forum a lot but haven't really posted before.

I'm in a keeper pool that's been up for a decade or so. I have to make a decision on some roster spots and I'd love some input.

Our league is a roto weekly league but no daily changes, 16 teams... set sunday for the whole week. Our bench is only 6 plus 2 IR so developing players is tough - we do not have any prospect side of our pool... We have 6F, 4D, 2G and 6 Bench spots - not divided by C,LW,RW,etc and no salary cap.

My current team is

F: Marner, Tarasenko, Eichel, DeBrincat, Connor, Benn
D: Karlsson, Subban, Byfuglien, Ekman-Larsson
G: Price, Dubnyk

Bench: Mik. Granlund, Pacioretty, Simmonds, Makar, Montour, DeAngelo, Saros, Demko

Since there is very limited D in our pool I have always put extra value on D.

Our stats are:

F: G,A,P,+/-,PIM,PPP,SHP,SOG
G W,SV%,SO

Due to IR spots from last year I need to drop 2 players.

I was thinking of dropping Demko and Simmonds. I was thinking that DeAngelo's value at D is worth more trade value than Simmonds value as a bench player who I won't play unless I'm looking to stack PIM in a given week. Now that NJD are stacked I'm wondering if I should drop DeAngelo?

DeAngelo had some real good numbers this year. I drop Demko here

Simmonds and Demko are the right choices.
