Just Gave Huberdeau and Seguin for a Late 1st! Crazy?
For team in signature. Sounds steep, but I was going to lose Seguin for nothing (wasn’t keeping him, had shopped him with no takers), and I turned an 11th round pick into a 1st. My last keeper will be Tarasenko instead of Huberdeau. A downgrade to be sure, but I think I can make up the difference in the extra first rounder I have. A massive part of how I’ve won 3 years in a row is by getting a big load of killer draft picks each year. It’s a 13 round draft and my lowest is now a 7th. Along the way I’ve given up guys like Vas, Marner, Reilly, and others, but that’s the cost of having such draft capital. Thoughts? You guys ever go after high picks this aggressively?
