Keeper Help Please....

For the league in my signature...I have to narrow this list down to 5...based on the goalie categories and the players I own I will most likely only keep 1 of them I am thinking? My initial thoughts are below...

G - Gibson
D- Karlsson
D- Carlsson
F- Rantanen
F- Panarin

Leaving Exposed - Wheeler, Kuznetsov, Getzlaf.....

Or do you think I should maybe not even protect a goalie and keep Wheeler as well and go goalie heavy early since most guys I am assuming will be keeping at least 1 goalie.

In a 12 team - keep 5 - only 4/5 goalies should be kept total.
You should be able to redraft Gibson in the 4-8th rounds

I l0ve Gibson but Wheeler should be the right choice here. As you said, you could go goalie heavy early in the draft. Theres a better chance you that you will be able to re-draft Gibson with one of your early picks than Wheeler. Im not here anymore.

Considering your setup, I'm going to assume both Karlsson and Carlson ranked high and that's why you're keeping two D over a forward.

In a 2G setup, I personally would want to keep at least one quality goalie. If Gibson was a top goalie in your league, id also keep him over Wheeler. That's something you'd need to determine; is Gibson a top goalie in your league? Where did he rank in your setup?

It all comes down to where Carlson and Gibson ranked in your league. They are the two I'd consider dropping for Wheeler but you need to determine their placement in your league. In a limited keeper, you're always going to lose guys you don't want to. That being said, so are other teams so drafting becomes important.

Wheeler is a beast in your categories and I get that Gibson is good, but the Ducks are really bad.

Yeah the fact that one category is strictly defeman points make carlsson quite valuable
