I offer to another GM my Dylan Strome to his Erik Gustafsson
He said he will check that (he owns Debrincat, so it's interesting for him)
Gustafsson is really interesting in a cap league because there isn't a lot of affordable defensemen

Is it a good offer from my side?
If he is refusing, would you proposed something else from my team or add something else?

Adding Heiskanen would probably be your best bet

Guarantee he's going to want a plus, given Gustafsson scored 20 more points than Strome in your format (breakout years for both). As Lucafen said, add Heisakanen (or if he'll take him Pietrangelo), and see if he'll throw back a similarly lower ranked F to balance out the deal.

Yeah adding Heiskanen would probably help to close a deal but I rather had a high pick than this kid.

I don't think the GM don't know the real value of Gustafsson, Dobber Guide project him with 64 pts (80 pts in my format, it's huge)
He just add him in his team last year because he is cheaper and bench him all year
