Keeper Help - 10 Team Banger League

Need some assistance!

10 team 8 player keeper league (4 C, 4 RW, 4 LW, 4 D, 2G, 3 bench spots)

Current category settings:
Skaters: G,A,PIM,PPP, GWG, SOG,HITS, BLKS
Goalies: W, SV%, SHO

Notes: I do not have a 1st and 2nd round pick.

Sean Couturier
Victor Hedman
Evander Kane
Kris Letang
Alex Ovechkin
Tyler Seguin
Jeff Skinner
Vladimir Tarasenko
Vincent Trochek
Tom Wilson
Mika Zibanejad
Mike Hoffman
Carey Price
Jordan Binnington

All the players bolded are those I plan to keep which leaves me with 1 more keeper. I am leaning towards Sean Couturier but Evander Kane is golden in banger leagues. My concern is that with the lack of draft picks in the first two rounds, scoring will be dried up. What would you guys do?

I’d say it is definitely between Couturier and Kane. It would absolutely be Kane if PIM’s were counted but they aren’t. Hard to pass up a top line winger on an improved team with Giroux on his wing who also gets PP1 time while Kane likely does not. I’d go Couturier here.

Ya in a banger league Kane is golden i think he would be my choice here

Tom Wilson - PIM - HITS.. not to mention he scored at a .63 pt/gm or 53pt pace last year.

I'll take Tom Wilson for 60pts

Looks like PIM’s are counted and I missed it. So I’ll change to E. Kane.

and the last one is between Tom Wilson and Jordan Binnington. But is it wise not to keep a goalie? You know your league better. It's up to you to decide.

This is between Kane and Wilson for me. Tough choice. There has been some talk that Wilson needs to be reigned in and stay out of the box, avoid suspensions and stick to hockey and not his typical brand of mayhem. If the Caps crack down and make this happen, Wilson's scoring may see a boost, but his banger stats will likely regress. Kane for me seems to be a safer bet to just keep doing what he does. Either way I don't think you can go to far wrong, but Kane for me.

Wilson i think will see less PIM. Caps brought Gudas for a reason

Kane is easily a keeper in this league. Not even close. Over Zibanejad too.

I like both Kane & Wilson here. Realize that while the Capitals upgrade their D with Gudas who is capable of doing som fighting, I doubt Wilson is completely reined in.

I'm unsure which of your bolded 9 I would think about cutting to make room, exactly, but you have a few options. How does the goalie pool look, in your estimation?

There should be plenty of goalies to choose from. Obviously people will keep Vasilevskiy and Bobrovsky but it should be pretty easy to draft goalies. Is Carey Price not worth keeping over the likes of Wilson or Couturier? I don't have a 1st or 2nd round pick.

If there should be plenty of goalies, I'd keep Kane & Wilson, tossing Price back, unless you can get some kind of pick for one of them.
