What is a reasonable package for McDavid.... I know there isn’t such a thing as reasonable with dealing with McDavid but how about Kuzy or Laine, Dylan Strome and Gusev? Or is all four pieces worth McDavid alone?

I traded McDavid a year ago for Draisaitl, Boeser & 1st. Draisaitl made that close to lateral last year at least. I'd want someone with 90+ upside at a minimum as the centrepiece of a deal.
Only way a deal like that works is if McDavid is on an island with that team and he's screaming for depth. I'd give it a go.. but don't be surprised if a counter comes - Point, Gaudreau, 1st +

I'd drop Gusev from the offer. 4-1 I'd be really hesitant based on how many drops I'd then have to make.

I assume you are acquiring Mcdavid, based on your signature? If so, the only answer is "it depends on what the other GM wants". I know that's a cop out but when it comes to the elite of the elite, that's really the only answer. Some want depth, some want more quality than quantity. If it's me and I'm trading Mcdavid, I'm not even listening unless some other elite guys like Kuch, MacKinnon, Vasilevsky, etc are named as a piece coming back. The best player wins the deal 9/10 times.

Can't really compare a keep 6 to the OP's keep 20. To the OP - it wouldn't surprise me if the McD owner insisted on one of Draistaitl or Vasi, and then a nice top up.

If Im the other GM I would want your best forward(Leon or Johnny Hockey) plus another 2 strong player. Or Aho + Vasilevsky and 3th piece. Something around Pettersson, Karlsson and a 3th piece is another option. Im gone.

As a McDavid owner that is an easy decline with no counter offer. You need to be prepared to give up 3 of your best pieces to acquire McDavid.

Don't think it's a great time to be trading Laine. He might be a centerpiece in an offer but not right now. Nobody is off the table in an offer for McDavid; you have the pieces to make it work but you can't not include your best keepers like Draisaitl, Vasilevskiy and Dahlin. You have to really overpay for McDavid because in most owners eyes his upside is almost unlimited. A package involving some of Vas, Draisaitl, Dahlin, Laine and Kuz would interest me in this format but tbh its very hard to part with the best keeper under any circumstances so you have to overpay.

Unfortunately you have to overpay for McDavid and this isn't an overpayment. You do have the pieces to acquire McDavid and it could happen considering this is a dynasty league and not a limited keeper but as I already mentioned, it's going to be an overpayment and cost you your best pieces.
I think you need to be willing to part with 3 of Draisaitl, Gaudreau, Hedman, Karlsson, Dahlin, Vasilevskiy... not sure it would be worth it for you.

If you keep your entire team, then I wouldn't be trading 3 or 4 stars for McDavid.. If it is a keep 5 or 6, then I would be more inclined to make a move!!
