35-40 sounds about right to me. I just dont see a high end offensive gear with him.

My crystall ball said 42 pts in 72 games after having taken that PP1 slot from Klefbom for good.

I don't really trust Nurse on the PP1. He definitely put up a good chunk of points when Klefbom went down, but his actual contributions at 5v4 were not great. He outscored his expected-Goals and shot impacts by a big margin, and there's been nothing in his play / results over the last three seasons to indicate that Nurse is a better performer than Klefbom on the PP. In fact, it's not even really close:

I would definitely be selling high on Nurse right now if I can get a #1D type of return for him. He's still going to be great in multi-cat leagues putting up 35 points, but I just don't see a higher level of offensive upside. He's not as good as Klefbom, and Bouchard is going to pass him soon enough for offensive minutes.

It's all about the power play deployment and I wrote about nurse about two weeks ago in the Geek Of The Week article:

His point totals will really depend on power play deployment but the peripherals will be there regardless. I'm optimistic (more than some) that he could steal the spot from klefbom this season.
