No, not that high, around 12th. Just for info sake, my remaining centers if I were to make this deal would be Seguin, Hischier, W. Karlsson, Marchessault (center eligible) and Cirelli in a start 4.

If you opted for another prospect instead of that pick, what would that look like? I'm not incredibly high on anyone in the 10-12 range of this draft having significant fantasy value any time soon. At this point it's kinda situational depending on that last prospect / pick.

I think it's probably a fair offer in my opinion, but given the season Pettersson just had I feel like you should get more. Having an elite prospect was the interesting kicker, and without that it's kinda slim for a guy like EP with the hype surrounding him.

I like Sanheim just about as much as a guy like Dobson, if not more, so I think you did really well for yourself. It was important to get a little something extra to capitalize on EP's breakout season, but I do think Svechnikov is a lot closer in value than people might think. Hopefully you can grab a nice prospect at #33 and complete a great deal. Nice job.

That absolutely kicks butt, dude.

I think Sanheim is probably a better asset right now than either Dobson or Valimaki, so that's great to get him included in the deal. The fact that you were able to do that AND dump a bad contract in the process is just a cherry on top of what I think is a wonderful deal for you. You didn't really downgrade much (if at all) from EP to Svechnikov, you added a young stud defenseman and a nice depth center, and jettisoned some garbage along the way. Really good stuff.
