I might look to dump Quick if you can. Rask and Varlamov will likely be your two highest scoring goalies (depending on the G stats your league counts).

Ehlers and Varlamov would be my dumps. I would also be open to dropping Fiala depending on his next contract #.

At least one goalie needs to go, and it shouldn't be Rask or Ullmark(who will be cheap). That leaves Quick versus Varlamov. this league looks like it uses actual salary which gives us this over the next 4 years:

Quick: 7M, 3.5M, 3M, 2.5M
Varlamov: 6M, 4M, 6M, 4M

Basically the next 2 years are about a wash contract-wise, and then you have Quick being cheaper. Both have injury issues. I'd try and trade one for something, if possible, even a pick upgrade.

Fiala's salary & Puljujarvi's situation are interesting. I suspect fiala won't be a good value, but he may be the only one of them in the NHL. I'd want more information before deciding, if possible.

Who can you spend the cap savings on? Also what is goalie scoring?

The goalie scoring is 2 points for a win, 4 points for a shootout
The cap space that I can spend on player...I don't know ether.
Many of the other GM are over so I think I can make some move

Well, if they are over, I'd probably lean towards dealing a goalie + Fiala before he signs, and see if you can do some sort of deal where you help them with cap relief on a skater upgrade. That would weaponize your cap room.
