I’d call it at steal when he is projected to QB PP1 of an offensive powered team and drafted at 208th overall.

If I'm taking a rookie in a 1 yr league, I won't reach for them so this where I'd look for them to go. If he has a great year, taking him here, it's a smart pick. Then again, if anyone drafted from here on out has a big year, they will turn out to be steals too.
I wont call anyone drafted this late a steal until they've earned that description. They still have to produce.

I’m not the only one with 4 goalies. I wouldn’t draft in an actual league this way. Just want to make sure I’m covered for injuries and what not in a roto league where there aren’t any adds/drops/trades.
