All things equal I would take Palat over Killorn.
Killorn or Palat
GM in my league (in sig) offering either of them up at a value price and I was wondering which one of them (if any) is the best bet to take a flyer on? I was thinking Palat but I'm not that certain about how it's going to play out in TB.

Palat > Killorn. Palat has typically had more opportunities in scoring roles than Killorn. I think Killorn is one of the go-to PK guys, which tells you how the coach likes to use him.
