Hall for Dumba

A little weak at D, could get Dumba for Hall (probably a nice pick too)

Thoughts? I see Dumba as a 50+ D, and Hall as a band-aid boy.

I really love Dumba, but I would want a whole lot more in return if I was thinking about trading Hall. He's got legit 100-point upside with this group in NJ this season, and if you trade him now you just might regret it when he pops off for another MVP-calibre season. If you do really want to move Hall, I think midseason might be a better time. Let him get in some games with Hughes, Subban, Hischier, Palmieri all in the lineup and see what happens.

Agreed with all of the above. You're selling Hall at one of his lowest points in the last couple years and buying Dumba at one of his highest. I'd hold onto Hall, let him excel for October then consider trading him off if you still want to for a 60+ point dman + then.

Yeah, you can do a lot better than getting Dumba and a pick for Hall. Be a little more patient for now and let's talk about this around the end of October again.

Got ask to switch Hall and send Larkin instead (Larkin + 4th for Dumba + 2nd). It's a no for me. Larking has a nice contract. Is the go-to guy in Detroit (TOI and PPT), and I think there's still room for imporvement. Thoughts?

Again, I really like Dumba but I still don't think it's enough. Especially in a cap league, Larkin is a fantastic asset who is only going to increase his point totals as the talent level increases around him in Detroit.
