Ballpark AAV on a Few Players - REP

I am in a Salary Cap Dynasty league and have a few players still unsigned which is tying my hands in some trade talks because I am not sure what to expect these players to sign for. Using comparables, what is your best educated guess for these guys' AAV once they sign? Also, do you expect my arbitration eligible players to make it to their hearing or do you think they will sign before that?

Jakub Vrana - RFA
J.T. Compher - RFA (arbitration - July 31)
Charles Hudon - RFA (arbitration - August 2)
David Rittich - RFA (arbitraion - July 29)
Derick Brassard - UFA
Oscar Lindberg - UFA

These are the projections from Evolving Wild:

Vrana - 2 years x $3.1m aav
Compher - 6 years x $3.87m aav (not sure on that term)
Hudon - 1 year x $925k aav
Rittich - N/A
Brassard - 3 years x $3.955m aav
Lindberg - 4 years x $3.4m aav

I think DD knows where to find mine as well.
From that, I don't have Rittich's though, and I think a shorter 2-3yr deal at around a 2-3M AAV could placate both sides.

Just reviewed your projections again EB, I hope you are wrong about Vrana. Sure would be helpful if you'd just give me a 1st and a prospect for him!

Anyone else know where I can find more projections or maybe want to share their own personal opinions?
