Targeting best Cap Friendly Contracts, Who ya got?

I am absolutely in huge CAP trouble!! I'm 21 Mil over and still have Trouba and Vrana yet to sign. I went all in last year to win and if my goal tending hadn't imploded down the stretch I would have done so, I took on some guys knowing full well that they were going to get huge contracts this summer (Aho, Meier, Guentzel). Oh well, you make your bed and youu lie in it. Now I need to move some big names and their big contracts. The question is, who are the best players to target as a return for those big names? Who are the guys out there that can contribute significantly this year (I hope to remain competitive) that are either still on their ELC's or have signed very CAP friendly contracts? Maybe someone has already started a list?? Guys that come to mind immediately are obviously the elite of this years draft, Kevin Leblanc, Vince Dunn come to mind.......who else is out there? Hopefully once I have some targets identified, we can then discuss who to move for what return (:

I'd argue Kucherov, Barkov Meier & Aho are all good value contracts I'd try to hold

Couture, Pietrangelo & Hornqvist & Yandle, ROR would be the 4 contracts I'd attempt to move as they're the worst value I can see on your roster (assuming it's for the one in sig.)

i'd also move Trouba... his contract will really crush his value. He'll get 7m or more.

One thing I did in one of my leagues where I was going to be over the cap heading into next season was move Kessel for a prospect and about 8 draft picks. Those picks are now helping me in about 8 other deals to upgrade everywhere else at the same cap hit of players that were there before. So I'm coming out down $8M in cap with a roster of about the same talent. If you're comfortable enough making trades, that's a route you can follow as well.
