Man...when you look at that list I miss the good old days 10 years ago when it felt like most teams had a stable goaltending situation. I look at that list and I'm just like wtf. There are a lot of really bad goaltending groups there.

    Like Buffalo...Hutton Ullmark Hammond. Woof.

Other than flipping Bernier and Pickard (Bernier is still #2 for now), looks like you nailed it.

Koskinen and Smith might also be an A/B setup, but that's just nitpicking.

OTT is interesting as well. Dont think Anderson shoulders that load long. Nilsson isnt much better but see him overtaking Anderson. And Columbus.....they are in a world of hurt. From what i have seen, I am not confident in Korpisalo as a starter at all. And Merzlikins is unproven. He could easily overtake Koripisalo. I still think they have to get someone else.

List is spot on though. Thanks!

Some sketchy tandems here. Bottom tier rankings:

    31. Koskinen/Smith
    30. Korpisalo/Merzlikins
    29. Hutton/Ullmark
    28. Anderson/Nilsson
    27. Howard/Bernier
    26. Quick/Campbell
    25. Schneider/Blackwood
    24. Dubnyk/Stalock
    23. Markstrom/Demko
    21. Rittich/Talbot
    20. Mrazek/Reimer
    19. Jones/Dell

There will be some surprise standouts out of this group for next season, particularly in leagues slanting towards wins. Anyone using any guy off this list as a #2 next season?

Different leagues, but i have Mrazek/Schneider. Hoping for a 1a/1b in NJ and bounce back for Schneider. He played well at the end of last year. I think Mrazek is the "defacto" starter to begin, but have my doubts with his consistency. NO faith in any Columbus goalie, especially with what they have left as a team after the dust has settled. Buffalo is bad as well.

Mrazek, Dubnyk, Jones, Schneider would all be decent options if things play out right.

I like your reverse list, solid, some REP.
In a 1-year pool... I'm perfectly comfortable with everything through #24 (where is 22.?)

I'm interested in Nilsson - he performed okay given the circumstances. He's a FA in my pool right now and cheap. Anyone else think he could play a majority of games this year?

    Nice list Thanks!
The trend towards less sure fire starters continues.

On a quick count I counted 16 teams I deem to have a "sure fire #1" and 15 who have the potential for goalie controversy.
Lots of question marks heading into one year league drafts.
12 team H-2-H 1 year league, daily roster changes, 3 goalie start minimum/week

I feel like Schneider is gonna much better. just has to stay healthy. Hall too. Hoping Markstrom can have another decent year too... unless this is the year that Demko finally takes the crease.

The bolded, plus McElhinney, Elliott, Sparks, and Delia are my dynasty options to be my #2 with Murray in a start 2 league. Smith is available as a FA after our draft, but I probably won't go there. It feels good having a much improved goalie group than I did last year, and that is completely serious.
