League Format – Dynasty
1) 25 roster positions and 5 NA positions.
2) 4 C, 4 LW, 4 RW, 6 D, 5 BN, 2 G, 5 NA.
3) Min Goalie starts 3
4) NA slots 5
5) Rosters must be set at 25 players (plus 5 NAs) by the 30th of June every year. Rosters will be updated on League Page (ProBoards)
6) Off Season Trades. Will open up on the 1st of July every year and run through the start of the on-line draft. Trades will be coordinated and tracked on the League Page (ProBoards).
7) In Season Trades. Trading will be opened back up following the draft and run through 3 weeks prior to the end of regular season (Yahoo will dictate actual date).
8) Trades must have an equal number of draft picks being traded. This is for tracking in Yahoo (requires equal draft pick trades). So if manager A is trading a 1st round pick for a player on Manager B's team, there needs to be a pick going back, i.e. Team A trades 1st to Team B for player TBD and a 21st pick. This will all make sense when the regular season starts.
9)Draft picks are tradable, with 1-3 representing current year picks and 11-13 representing the following years picks.
10) Streaming rule. 50 player add rule will be removed. Instead implement a 4 day streaming rule. Cannot drop a player for four days after adding. Violators will have roster locked for four days following infraction.
11) Cannot add NA players during playoffs.
12) Manager are responsible for maintaining rosters on ProBoards.

1) Enforce rule that if a manager in inactive for two weeks, that manager will be removed.
2) Encourage respectful, open communication. Communication considered to be in poor taste will be locked for four days and removed if continued.
3) Encourage trades. Trades will reviewed by league and disapproved if collusion appears to be occurring.

Prospect Draft – 3 rds
1) Draft will be on line, about 3-5 days before the start of the season
2) Order will be based upon reverse standings from the previous year
3) Draft picks will be tradable, with 1-3 representing current year picks and 11-13 representing following years picks.
4) Must have NA slots available to fit in NA draft picks
5) Can draft NHL players, however must immediately drop a player in order to fit in the 25 total player roster
