    Default Wheeler worth it?

I’m debating a deal that would see me trading Keller, W. Nylander, Morrissey, and a mid level 3rd rounder for Wheeler. It feels like too much, am I right to feel this way?

Points only keeper league. 12 teams. Full roster is 12 forwards, 6 D, 3 goalies and 5 prospects.

    Pre Draft...

    Meier
    Skinner
    Nylander
    Keller
    Mantha
    Kapanen
    Konecny

    Morrissey
    Pulock
    Sanheim

    Binnington
    Hart

    (P) Brannstrom
    (P) Borgstrom
    (P) Dobson
    (P) Wahlstrom

I think its a bit much...
You're likely a year or two from truly competing with your current, very young roster.
This move will lead to more moves as you suddenly gain an itch to compete earlier than you originally planned - based on current make up of your team

My gut has been saying don’t do it. I just need to trust the young talent I have now,

you put that team together intentionally.. a few had down years.. they bounce back you'll be in good shape. by the time you're a top team.. Wheeler will be declining

Agree with lucafen4 on this. That's a lot to pay for a guy who'll be 33 at season's start. Especially as I think the consensus on each of Keller, W. Nylander, and Morrissey is that they're in a good position to have a significant increase in value this next year.

Im with the others. Keep what you have. Trading for Wheeler just doesn't seem like the right thing to do right now giving tha youth of your roster. You will be a contender soon enough
