    Default Final Keeper Choice help.

24 team, multi cat (usual) CAP league.

Trying to decide between The following deep keepers.
Pick/rank top 3 if you’d be so kind and have the time.

LW-Pirri (RFA)(take a chance on his recent hot run in hopes it translates to this year’s assignment)
    C-Bjugstadt ($4,100,000 for 2 years)
    C-Eller ($3,500,000 for 5 years)
LW-Duclair (RFA) (see pirri. Can he find his career in Ottawa?)
LW-Ennis (UFA) (not sure he’s a factor especially away from a Toronto)
RW-Gagner ($3,150,000 for 2 more years... but is he more than just a bottom 6 forward with some PP time?)

    Thanks Nation!

I'd say Bjugstad, Pirri, and Duclair are the most interesting names here. Bjugstad obviously a bit more expensive, but I'm assuming you can afford his hit given his inclusion in this list. The Penguins have a solid top-nine, especially with the addition of Kahun recently, and I think Bjugstad is going to be a solid contributor in terms of points, shots, hits, etc.

    Tks Mound!!

If you had to choose between Bjuggy and Duclair, both enticing situations... who do you got?

Careful with Duclair. The Sens need to overpay players to reach the cap floor.

I dont see them overpaying players they already own rather take on albatross contracts from other teams with a sweetener to take it.

Duclair and Bjug would be my takes from that list HB. And probably taking a chance at Duc.

Also a good point. Thanks Finnys! If you had Bjug, would you trade him for Duclair and a pick? (Mid round redraft pick)?

Yes..I actually would prefer Duclair to Bjug. Bjug to me always teases to be in the mix as a breakout..Duclair ad well but Duc had a new lease on a career..Bjug is still in Fla.

But that’s just it. Bjug isn’t in Florida. He’s a top 6 (winger) top 9 (if C) in Pitt.

Lol..oh ya. I guess that tells you how impactful he was. Either way I still like Duc.

Pirri, Duclair, and Bjug are my picks too. Ennis would be the next one, and that's hit or miss.

    Thanks EB! As always.

If you owned Bjug, would you trade him to get Duclair and a pick in my position.

Depends how valuable the pick is, and what you think the extra cap space could do for you.

Pick is inconsequential. Essentially it’s Duclair and his new cap hit (unknown) for Bjuggy and his 2 year $4,100,000 hit.

What are your rules on dropping players and such?
