Default Advice on Adding Young Bangers

Hey guys I'm looking for some advice on who to add for the league in signature. We are expanding come next season so I will have several rosters spots to fill. Players over 28 years of age need to be resigned so since I am going through a rebuild my preference would be to add a few young forwards. I was looking at targeting players to add some pim and hits while also chipping in with some points. Some of the free agents available include Crouse, Virtanen, Hintz, Bennett. Suggestions? Thanks in advance.
    Boston Bruins:
    Keep 6 Franchise Players (3F, 2D, 1G), + any add. 6
16 Team, H2H Cats (G A PIM PPP SHP SOG HITS BLK FW - W GAA SV% SHO)
    4C, 4LW, 4RW, 6D, 2G, 3BN
Bergeron, Larkin, Trocheck, Backlund, T. Johnson,
Marchand, Connor, Palat, Hyman, Zacha, Lemieux,
    Pastrnak, Reinhart, Burakovsky, Schmaltz, Virtanen,
Hamilton, Krug, Burns, Karlsson, McAvoy, Pulock, Chychrun, Graves, Marino,
    Rask, Francouz

Crouse and Hintz would be my picks of the two. Is Carrier available?

Not sure exactly if you're looking for opinions on the guys you listed, or if you're looking for other names to consider.

    Hintz
    Crouse

will be the two most sought after

Virtanen... I really like him as a dark horse to break into 20-20 turf.

Nick Ritchie is another option... he's been teasing with similar numbers & 2 seasons ago even put up solid SOG stats

Thanks for the quick replies so far. I'm definitely open to players outside those mentioned. Carrier is available and I'll keep him in mind as well.

Cernak, Nurse, Lindell, McNabb, Hagg on D are the first ones to cross my mind.

Miles Wood is another to keep in mind. He fires a lot of pucks at the net as well considering his low ice time.

Yup... great name... I've got him in a couple MC pools. 90PIM in 65gp, 200 sog pace - 150 hit pace... he's also got some solid upside offensively too.

Recall that before he got hurt, Carrier was on pace to blow away the NHL record for hits in a season. In an 8 team start 14 forwards league, he should slot in near the end of the lineup. Then again, his 54 GP last year was his career high. So he might the kind of guy you ride until he gets hurt.
