Does anyone know roughly when Fantrax does their position resets for the next season? Ie. removing some players duo or triple position eligibility

I believe it's usually sometime around when camps open.
If you could nail down the proper search terms about position eligibility in yahoo/fantrax in the advanced search here...
you'll find a plethora of threads from last year.

it's roughly the same time every year that people freak out about this annual event.

One guy in my league last year had a bunch of dual position players lose their wing eligibility and ended up with like six or seven pure centers going into the season.

I anticipate a few guys losing wing eligibility this summer, like PLD in Columbus or Aho in Carolina for example. I don't think either guy played a minute on the wing all last season.

I think he has been playing enough wing that he should keep it.

Looks like some players have already been reset! E.g. Bennett lost C and Hertl lost RW.

For the record, Fantrax doesn't even know. They get all their player information from a stats provider, and the positions are updated whenever said provider updates. They wouldn't tell me who their provider is.

Aho down to C/LW and was lucky to keep the LW status IMO. Thought he would wind up a straight center.

PL Dubois is now a straight center as is William Karlsson. Both lost LW status there. Also Giroux lost C and keeps dual wing.

PL Dubois just lost his LW
Giroux just lost his C

how are the chances of beginning of season Dubois regains LW and Giroux his C? I assume a lot of talks fantasy wise and trades will be done according to Dubois being only a C vs a C and a LW..

If a player starts a position for 10 (or 15) games, then that position is added.

I would say by beginning of season, unlikely.

Stamkos still has RW, hope for selfish reasons that one sticks.
