In two years, well I think this one will have a lot to do with what experience they have to date:

Gusev (age 26, several solid years in PRO KHL)
    ...
Kravtsov (age 19, decent first full season in KHL. Might be 30-40pt player for NYR this year or next.)
    ...
Caufield (likely won't play in NHL next year, maybe a 30pt player in his rookie season in 2020-2021)

Their ceiling may be the opposite of that order, but for two years from now - I have good faith in this order.

Gusev. He's the only one of the three who has been named by some as the "best player not in the NHL." In two years, Caufield may not yet be in the NHL. And Kravtsov is just getting there and will be behind Kakko and maybe Buchnevich as NYR RW.

there's the potential that Gusev is a pt/gm player immediately.

in 2yrs... neither of the other two will be on par with that.

I'm pretty high on Gusev. He could be another Dadonov (60-70pts) or even the next Panarin (75+). His development has already taken place and he is entering the NHL in his prime, the only question now is what deployment he will get in Vegas. I can see him eventually displacing Patches to play on a line with Stastny and Mark Stone. If he doesn't get the greatest deployment he might hit a floor of 50pts or so.

With the kids you have to worry about two layers: development AND deployment. They are at least a couple years away from hitting Gusev's floor.

Gusev - watching him at the worlds I’m intrigued to what his upside looks like this coming season let alone in two

I'd choose Kravtsov, too. He is began greatly through the season.
