It seemed to be true for a long while that #3 was all over the place, but lately, Turcotte seems to be the clear cut #3.

I'm surprised that you would have a choice of Boldy or Krebs at #11 as it's hard to imagine that both would still be available then, unless your league drafts defensemen earlier than most leagues do. Outside of Byram, I don't see any D that I'd want to burn a top 10 pick on.

I mean, after Hughes and Kakko you have a mish-mash of 10 players (in no particular order):
Cozens
Dach
Byram
Krebs
Boldy
Podkolzin
Turcotte
Zegras
Newhook
Caufield
