I’d love to see CBJ sweep the dirty bastards like they did Tampa but I had Boston not only getting by Toronto but also eliminating TB in my bracket. Boston in 6.

After that first round, I'm going with a coin flip and drawing the number of games from a hat...only because I don't have a monkey to make my picks for me.

I'm expecting the Blue Jackets to be rusty and Boston to look like a better team, at least early on. I like both teams, so I'm conflicted with who to cheer for. It should be fun no matter who wins!

B's take the first 2 due to CBJ's layoff & Bob steals a couple for the Jackets... Bruins in 7.

Columbus in 5. The Leafs wore out the Bruins and Columbus is well rested.

Jackets in sweeping Tampa already won their 'cup' , they are just happy to be here! Bruins in 6!

Bruins getting good depth scoring and i expect the top 6 to bring a little more offense than they have , Backes should be back as some point in this series and will add some physical play for Boston which they will need. Jackets PP has sucked for 2 seasons and i dont see that changing here.

Great game last nite , very physical , lot of hits from both teams , a lot of scrums. Both goaltenders were excellent and made key saves. A couple of defensive gaffes by MacAvoy led to good scoring chances but Tuukka bailed him out by robbing Foligno and another player with awesome glove saves. Both teams had multiple chances to end it earlier in OT. One too many penalties in OT ended Boston's chance to go up 2-0 in the series. Bruins PP and passing in general were off as a few times a shot should have been taken but one too many passes resulted in no shot on net.

Pastrnak had some turnovers and couldn't seem to get any offense going as Mike Milbury noted several times in game 1 and then again in game 2. Milbury was definitely riding Pasta but hey was he the only Bruin with turnovers? From what i see Pasta is going to the hard areas , battling for pucks and throwing body checks. So it's not like he's floating out there waiting for the puck to come to him , Jackets are keying on him and hitting him with some good checks. Milbury needs to look at that and stfu!

This is my favourite second round match up. I like both teams and while my coin flip and random # of games draw had CBJ in 7, my brain says BOS should win this series. I'm enjoying the games so far.

The problem here is listening to Mike Milbury.

Chara has made Anderson look silly twice tonight dodging big hits and letting him fling himself into the boards. How do you miss a target that big?
