next year... It's Minn, so 45-55.
In 3 years. 65ish
Curious as to what people anticipate his point total could be next year and in 3 years. Thanks

Depending on what Minnesota does with it's forward group in the offseason, I'd pencil Donato in for around 50-points from the second line. Down the road, I expect him to be a consistent 60-point player.
Without me, it's only "aweso".
He was impressive in his short time with Minny, and they are starving for offense so he could see consistent top 6 minutes and some really nice power play usage. That said, they don't have any real star forwards, so no one is going to score a lot of points on this team. I can't see Donato scoring more than 50-55 pts next year and for the next few.

Bench: M. Rossi, C. Glass, M. Maccelli, M. Dumba, K. Shattenkirk, F. Andersen
Prospects of Note: L. Stankoven, J. Lekkerimaki, D. Yurov, B. Clarke
League has been running continuously since 1997-98
In addition to him playing on Minnesota which will drag any player's offence down, I don't see his point totals ever really getting above 50 points. Young + Potential doesn't always pan out. I would try to trade him if you own him while his perceived value is still somewhat high.
I don't like doing specific point projections but I think he'll be fine as a scoring line player. Outside of a bad start this year he's been trending up for a while. I'm thinking 40-55 points as a guy who depends on linemates and chemistry to produce. Upside could be much higher if a star arrives in Minnesota.
