I run a fantasy hockey league called The BBHL and I am looking for 2 new dedicated GMs to take over the Quebec and Vancouver franchises. We will be going into our 4th season in the fall. If you really like a challenging format and the opportunity to manage your team on a daily basis, perhaps you'll give the BBHL a try. Trust me when I say you won't regret it.
The BBHL is a 16 team full keeper consisting of 39 players, of which no more than 24 can be designated as Pro players. We run the league through Yahoo, but host The BBHL on Proboards. We pretty much run the league year-round on Proboards. We hold our Entry Draft in the summer and there are usually a few trades that are completed during the offseason.
There is an annual fee of $25, which will provide prizes to the top teams in the regular season and the playoffs.

This is a pretty competitive league, which will require the GM who takes over this team to be really involved with this league. If you want a challenge, you'll get one here. If you think you have what it takes, then here is an opportunity you cannot pass up.

No, I don't believe that was an option when I first started my leagues and I don't really see a reason to change. I've run 3 complete seasons for the BBHL and her sister league, the GMHL, for 7 years and everyone has always collected their prize money.
If you are interested, please either PM or email me your experience in fantasy hockey and what you would bring to the league. You have to be active pretty much daily, respond to queries and generally be a fantasy hockey junkie.
The Quebec Nordiques franchise now has a new owner.
I encourage anyone that is considering joining the BBHL to do so now while the Vancouver franchise is still available. If you like a competitive fantasy hockey league that challenges your ability against other knowledgeable GMs, this is the league for you.
