Boston in 6. Toronto's offensive guns will win a game or two, but this will otherwise be a lopsided series for Boston.

Depends a lot on which Andersen shows up, but the logical part of my brain says it is highly unlikely the Leafs can pull an upset here.
They haven't really played a terrific game in months.
    Bruins in 5.

Bruins in six...Leafs still too reliant on high shooting percentage and Freddy bailing them out.

The most anticipated series of the first round and a matchup that has been known for a couple months. I’ve been saying Bruins in 7 the whole time but I’ve recently switched to Boston in 6. I really really hope I’m wrong though.

    Boston in 7

It will be an exciting 7 games but the Bruins will prevail.

Bruins over Buds in 5 (sorry Leaf fans).

My heart says Boston in 7 but my head says Boston in 7... I mean really, with their history can this series go any other way?

Last year WSH vanquished their demons in PIT. I think the Leafs do the same this year (in 6).
Agreed. But only if they get some decent goaltending, which they have lacked most of the year.

The benefit the Bruins have that the Leafs don't; if Rask stinks, they have a viable 2nd option.

Bruins in 6 but this will be a good series , having Tavares gives the Leafs a good 1-2 down the middle to match Bergy and Krejci. Im curious to see how Tavares performs in the playoffs as it's been a couple of years for him. As has been pointed out the Bruins are better set in net if Rask doesn't play well or gets hurt as Halak has been great this season. The Bruins need to play Toronto physical but keep out of the box , hello Brad! Game on!!

aww , giving Marchand a nickname tells me he has a special place in Leafland's heart , Brad would love it as he has a good sense of humour
