You could try to get Point for Laine, but otherwise I think I would just hold on to him.
Hi all, This is for the league in my signature. The other GM is in last place and looking to rebuild. He's interested in Laine and proposed the following:
My Laine + O'Reilly for his Giroux + Tarasenko
I don't love the deal (I get older and I feel like Laine is the best player in the deal - I'm hoping his recent resurgence (6pts in 4 games since being promoted back to L1 and PP1) are signs of things to come). I'd love to get Point instead of Giroux, but swapping those two while keeping Tank in is probably too much to ask, right? Any thoughts on how to get Point, or a different deal? Here's his roster (bolded are his keepers from last year):
C - Giroux(LW), Horvat, Point, Johansen
LW - Mantha(RW), DeBrincat(RW), Dadonov(RW), Teravainen(RW)
RW - Tarasenko, P Kane
