Not the worst landing spot for Zucc. Likely gets on the top PP and good chance he plays with Benn or Seguin even strength.
Ii will be interesting to see how he meshes in the Dallas system.

Made a minor deal today to acquire Buchnevich and was somewhat optimistic when I saw this deal. Traded Compher for Buch. I think opportunity wise, Buch has more than Compher I think.

So looks like I'm the only one so far who thinks this trades hurts Zucc. I don't see him pushing Radulov off his spot next to Seguin because of the chemistry they both have. Maybe he gets PP1 time but even that is not a sure thing. If I was a Zucc owner, I would've preferred him to stay with the Rangers and get guaranteed top line and PP1 time.
He's currently available in my league and was waiting to see where he would end up before picking him up, not sure if he's worth picking up now.

I don't think you're the only one. He was playing well and had optimal deployment in new York. A bird in hand kind of thing... As a Zibanejad owner I didn't want him gone either but this is life. I'd rather own zibby in new York without zucc than the unknown that comes with owning zucc in Dallas. Anything can happen to a player going to a new team at the deadline.
