Does this move help or create a good position for him to play with the likes of a tachuck in the nhl?? Does this trade hurt him?

Helps him because there will be more opportunity in Ottawa, but he has not shown he is NHL ready yet

I'd bet Davidsson is a Sens regular before Abramov is.

right? want to talk under the radar prospects - he's it. I wouldn't be surprised if he turns out similar to A. Johnsson in Tor. There was some talk about him cracking CBJ's line up this past year. Went back to Swe when he didn't. Solid prospect with top 6 upside. He'll get a real shot in Ott to fight for that ice time.

    Abramov's more boom/bust.

I see him more as a solid 3rd line guy but the NHL upside is definitely there. A lot of people have no clue who he is but will find out soon enough.

He for sure will be, but he doesn't come close to the upside Abramov can have.

Davidsson at best is is a second like guy that could one year do a 25-25 season but sticks in the 40 point range, while Abramov can become a legit top six scorer in the 55-60+ point range. That is if he can put it all together. Too many people are putting stock into his first pro year where the Monsters' play older vets more and is one of the weaker developmental AHL teams out there.

I view this as Davidsson will for sure be a NHL player but his upside is limited and Abramov might be an NHL player but if he makes it, it will not be to check
