Default Playoff Question: Do I have enough between the pipes?

The simple answer is no you can never have enough goaltending lol

But in all fairness the fact I have two time shares (Lehner and McElhinney), and one true starter (Fleury... Quick is an extra at this point) has me a little worried.

Do I see if I can move from my scoring depth to pick up someone? or use draft picks?

Jimmy Howard is available (thinking he'll get moved), Binnington/ Allen, could make a play for Rask/Halak ...

With trade deadline tomorrow I'm a little anxious... and only next week before our h2h playoffs is the juice worth the squeeze?

Personally, I think your goaltending is solid. Truly reliable goalies are getting harder to find with the increase in scoring. As you said, you have one true starter. Lehner and McElhinney might be in timeshares, but they'll still give you 1-2 starts per week with solid ratios. Trying to grab someone else's proven starter is going to be expensive, so I'd sooner hang onto what you have.

If the deadline is tomorrow I’m messaging the bottom teams inquiring about their goalies. Come back to the forums when you know what the cost would be if you are still seeking advice at that point. Good luck.

Goalies mean half the cats in our league so this shouldn't be surprising that most teams roll 5 goalies

    Thoughts below

    7th Place Team:
Colorado Duo - Scared of em (turning it around a bit lately)
    Lundqvist - Amount of starts
Dubnyk - Wild aren't looking too hot, usually a fan of Dub
    Markstrom - Vancouver is streaky

    8th:
Buffalo Duo - nah just dropped Hutton
Binnington - hot streak price is pricy, he wants a keepable player
Holtby - keepable player or high pick likely
    Koskinen - don't trust Edm

    9th:
Boston Duo - Love the idea offer out
    Stalock - see Dubs
Saros - like this option as the preds will sit Pekka, but they have the fewest man games in my h2h - 8 total
Copley - not as a backup

    10th:
Allen - love the hot streak, but binnington will be rode
Kinkaid - Jersey's not that competative
Ward - love the hot streak of Chi but don't trust em
Jones - this is likely one of his 5 keepers, as such the price will be abnormally high for his stat line....

Boston duo, or even just Rask, looks like your best bet. What's the price there?

I’d be after Holtby or Rask to start. If your gonna go for it, go for it.

    Holtby & Rask make sense.

I also like Saros & Lundqvist as cheaper options.

Who is on waivers? I'm going to go way out on a limb, and say if Stolarz is there, monitor him, and see if things look better with him in Edmonton than they have so far.

Either Quick or McElhinney. If LAK unload then I might drop Quick. I just skimmed the thread I'm pretty sure this is a yearly league.

Nah we can keep any five players total off our roster
