Keep 6. Who ya got?

Hello all,

I'm in a yahoo pool that counts goals, assists, +/-, PPP, SHP, GWG, SOG, PMs, FW, hits, blocks. Keep 6 and one of them can be a goalie but itÂ’s optional. I may make some trades before the deadline but first IÂ’d like to determine my top 6 players to keep. HereÂ’s the options:

You've got alot of players that could fill your 5th and 6th spot in the same tier. If you can get some 2 for 1 upgrades going without sacrificing too much this season I'm all for it.

Will help future responders if you let us know a few more details:

Goalie cats
How many teams in your league (to get an idea of how many goalies are kept - I didn't keep one assuming 10 teams and a maximum of 9 kept, without you keeping one)

Wow, seeing your players, you are probably in first place? Its such a hard decision.

I see a reason for any of the players above to be a keeper. It depends on your league structure. You know the best how the things are happening in your format. How many teams? What type of players you can find on FA?
You can decide to keep ROR(FOW stud), Malkin, Larkin, Trocheck, Kuznetsov and Pavelski(FOs from the wing) and dominate in FO category every single week... but thats just an example. Probably is not the best idea to keep these players exactly considering what you other options are
You can mix it with both wings Pasta and Hall and 3 of these 4 centers - ROR, Malkin, Larkin, Trocheck and one D.. most likely Karlsson although Im ssure Ristolinen is a beast in this format and Chabot is the young super star(but still not at the level of Karlsson)

and I'm stuck between Hall and Kuznetsov for the last one. In a perfect world where Hall is playing 82 games I take him in a heartbeat, but this is going to come down to what sort of risk tolerance you have for an explosive player that might miss 20+ games in any given year. I'd still lean that way though.
