It's a bit risky in your format. Yes only if you are working on a plan B to get another goalie back in another trade. JG is a very nice upgrade at fwd. Sell Ovie, Eichel or Segs.
Hockey Pools? Too many to mention. Points only, salary cap and dynasty.

Is Burns a bigger upgrade on Byfuglien than Gaudreau is on your least forward?
I like the deal to push for the win, and I do think you can likely move the unwanted keeper forward or Byfuglien for a goalie upgrade later. Do what helps you win now more, let the keepers sort themselves out.
