Woah! never knew this thread existed.
Just got into using a smoke this summer.
Bought a dinky like Master Chef smoker from Canadian Tire and I've been using it a lot.
Just did my first brisket last weekend, and it turned out amazing.
I'm addicted for sure, plan on investing in a better smoker next summer already.
