Petterson with two years remaining at 925k its arguably the most valuable player in the pool. Easily top 10, assuming you believe in him as a 70-90pt player in each of those two years. His production warrants 9mil+

Assuming you can drop Kovy, I do this deal all year long. If you manage cap well, you will be able to pick up an impactful player at cap deadline for fairly cheap due to these cap savings (e.g. Getz for a pick). That being said, I always aim for the best deal possible and would likely counter with Frost and Andersson removed.

Right now, Pettersson is an overpayment to acquire. I'd just keep what you have, especially if he's being that stubborn.
