Yeah, I think I'd go in that order. One of Hoffman or Skinner since your league rewards more for goals than assists. Skinner's SH% is a bit high right now, so that might be why Hoffman would be a slightly better add.
Owner is looking to sell and I'm thinking of offering a draft pick to upgrade my team for the playoffs. My weekest link is D. Brown
He's got these guys on the block-
Domi
Nugent-Hopkins
Ehlers
Rakell
Skinner
Hoffman
Positionis F and stats are G+5, A+3, PPP+1, HITS/ BLOCKS +0.2, PIM+0.25, SOG +0.3
I'm thinking Hoffman, Skinner, Domi in that order....thoughts?

I think id go skinner. Shooting percentage is high but I love the Eichel exposure and chemistry.

Talk to these GMs and see what the price would be for either Skinner, Hoffman or Rakell and then make a decision based on the price-value you are getting.

Don't count out Ehlers. I can see him get back into the Winnipeg line-up and put up points, especially if Winnipeg trades for a second line C instead of rolling with Little. Ehlers should come at a cheaper cost than some of the other names mentioned as well.

Skinner and Hoffman are the class of the pack. Ehlers would be tempting but with the way Connor has played chances are Ehlers gets plopped back on the second line when he returns.
