    Default Rinne

Is it too late to trade Rinne at this point? Is the writing on the wall for other owners to see? I would be fine moving forward with Dubnyk and whoever I got in return or off the wire. We only start one goalie and it's a 10 team league, so basically everyone has their "guy" so to speak...

So what does everyone think? Does Rinne snap out of it? Should I pick up Saros (who is available)? Decisions...

Pickup Saros immediately. Especially if you already have Rinne. Nashville is resting Rinne and a 50/50 timeshare wouldn’t surprise me the rest of the way. You will want a Nashville goalie in net for the rest of the year.

Just be aware the Nashville is one of the worst teams to own however come the H2H Playoffs.

My problem with Rinne..and its gotten me twice now...

Nsh doesnt allow alot of shots so when he does get scored on his SV% takes a hit. So leagues that count sv% and saves...sometimes hes just not good.

The one thing with Rinne is that Nashville will do whatever it can to have Rinne be the goalie who wins the Cup. He signed a team-friendly contract to last these couple more years in order to be there. Nashville's management loves him, to the point that the Predators' mission is closer to "win one for Pekka" than an outsider would think. So even with Saros outperforming him recently, come April, they're going to shift the focus back to Rinne unless he becomes so poor that there can't be any question. The window to deal him during this season and get value for him as a higher-end goalie may have closed, but you may be able to do it next autumn. If you keep him, that is.
