Draft order. Since we have 12 I think setting the order is ok to do......how did we set this up before? Here are the guys....

Going through the Settings I see the following potentials.....I can make a post on the board and we can vote. Up to you guys.

Trade Deadline: August 11, 18, 25 (last year was Aug 12)
Moves per week: 4 (no limit on the year)
Min IP per week: 32
Leave 2 Util spots with 12 man league?
NEW SETTING OPTION: Add Injured players directly to Injured Slot????

Having 4 OF and 2 Util might be too much—id be in favour of reducing one of either of those.

We've discussed waiting until these big guys are signed. Last year we started on Feb 20 so we still have a lot of time.

Yup, Started February 20 and Done March 7? This year we add 2 more teams, so that is ~ 30 more picks, so thats about 2-3 more days of drafting.

Last year it took us about 15 days to draft... so with the increased # of picks I think we need to leave 20 days to draft. So I would say we can start as last as March 1 and still get er done on time!

Latest draft date suggestion: Wednesday, February 27th. I would even consider starting on Monday the 25th.

If we started on the 1st, that would be the beginning of the weekend and who knows how active people will be, with possible plans and those of us on a different time zone (I'm 5 hours ahead of Eastern). That could delay the start and that's what we want to avoid, especially as the early rounds should (hopefully) take less time than the later ones. The last thing we need is to rush the last few rounds before the season starts. If we start by Wednesday at the latest, we could get a head start before the first weekend.

Even if the big guys aren't signed by then (they should, I hope), their draft day values shouldn't change all that much.
