Strange scheduling this week. I guess it has to do with the bye weeks. Just an observation.
-10 games between Monday and Thursday and only 10 different teams. The other 21 teams get at least a 8 days off.
-Winnipeg 3 games (2 away 1 home)
-Philadelphia 3 games (2 away 1 home)
-Columbus 2 games
-Boston 2 games
-Buffalo 2 games

I thought most leagues had a two-week matchup this week exactly for this reason.

I hate this stretch of the schedule but also hate that I'm playing the last place team so I feel like he could get some cheap points off me due to these uneven schedules.

needless to say, ironing out this whole 'bye-week' thing is still a work in progress for the NHL. It's changed each year.
